Vacation rental management for owners who would rather not run the day to day. Listing setup, pricing, guest messages, check-ins and turnovers, looked after from Courtenay for properties in the Comox Valley and the Kelowna area. Owning somewhere further away? We manage vacation rentals for the people who own them. The day to day sits with us: listing setup and presentation, pricing that keeps up with the season and with what nearby properties are charging, guest messages answered, check-ins arranged, and the turnovers and maintenance that keep a place in good order. You keep the property and the booking income, and hand over the parts that used to fill your evenings.
We are based in Courtenay, and most of our work is in the Comox Valley and the Kelowna area. The way we run it is the way a good co-host should: your listing stays your listing, the people already cleaning and maintaining your property can stay on, and you can see how it is performing whenever you want through the owner dashboards we keep. Our plans run from The Essentials through The Concierge and The Premier, and they differ mainly in how much of the guest experience we carry for you.
If you own somewhere in the Fraser Valley, ask us how an out of area property would actually be looked after before you commit to anything. That is a fair question, and the honest answer depends on where your place sits and who is already doing the cleaning nearby.
