Retail in Chilliwack is concentrated to an unusual degree. Cottonwood Centre, Chilliwack Mall and the Luckakuck Way strip in Sardis account for the bulk of it, with Eagle Landing out at the Highway 1 interchange taking most of the rest. That is where the national names are, and they are not in this directory. What is here is the other layer: the specialist shops downtown around Wellington Avenue and Yale Road, the farm and feed suppliers out in Greendale and Rosedale, the tackle and outdoor shops that exist because of the Vedder, and the handful of village stores in Yarrow. Smaller, harder to find, and generally the reason you were searching in the first place.
