An independent toy shop on the Vedder Road run south toward the river.
Vedder Road is the spine of the southern half of Chilliwack, running from Sardis down through Vedder to the river crossing, and unit A120 at 6640 sits on that run. The neighbourhood behind it grew 39 per cent between 2011 and 2021, faster than anywhere in the city except Promontory, and it now holds more people than any part of Chilliwack but the downtown. Canada Education Park is at the south end with the University of the Fraser Valley campus in it, and Garrison Crossing, built on the grounds of the Canadian Forces base that closed in 1997, fills much of the ground beside it.
The toy and game category in this city is small, and there is no point pretending otherwise. Whether the shop leans towards games, models, comics or something else again is not stated on this record, and it is the sort of thing to settle before driving down Vedder Road for one particular title or kit. The unit number is worth noting, since A120 points to a bay in a larger building rather than a standalone shopfront. For anyone already at Garrison Crossing or the university, it is a short detour rather than a trip.
