Unit A102 at 6640 Vedder Road sits on the long spine that runs south out of Sardis toward the river, in Vedder, which has grown faster over the past decade than almost anywhere in Chilliwack. That neighbourhood put on 39 per cent more people between 2011 and 2021 and now holds more residents than anywhere in the city except the downtown, most of the growth concentrated at the south end around Garrison Crossing and the subdivisions that filled in around the old Canadian Forces base after it closed in 1997.

Clinics in Chilliwack cluster in two places: around Chilliwack General Hospital on Menholm Road downtown, and along Vedder Road through Sardis and Vedder. This one is in the second group, which puts it close to a large and still growing residential population and to the Canada Education Park campuses further south. Specialist practice in the city is thinner on the ground than general practice, and much of it is reachable only by referral. Note also what this directory does not carry.
