An independent medical clinic in the old commercial grid around Five Corners.
Family practice across British Columbia has been under strain for years and Chilliwack is not an exception to it. The honest advice attached to a listing like this one is to telephone before driving anywhere, because whether a practice is taking new patients changes from month to month and no directory entry can keep pace with that. The same applies to whether a clinic runs walk-in hours alongside its booked list. The city's own estimate puts the population 11.6 per cent higher in 2025 than in 2020, and that arithmetic is part of why the pressure is felt so sharply here.
The geography of medical care in the city is at least straightforward. Clinics cluster around Chilliwack General Hospital on Menholm Road, which is downtown, and then string south along Vedder Road through Sardis, with walk-in and urgent care attached to several of them. Specialist practice is thinner on the ground and much of it is referral-only, so the route to it generally runs through a GP first. This listing sits in the downtown group, inside the old commercial grid around Five Corners rather than out on the suburban corridors, which makes it one of the few that some residents could reach on foot.
Beyond a neighbourhood and a postal code the record is empty: no street address, no telephone number, no website. For a medical practice that is an unusually unhelpful set of facts, and it is better said plainly than dressed up. A practice listed under one physician's name is often a small operation, sometimes a single room inside a larger clinic building, but there is no evidence of that here and this page will not claim it. Worth noting too that this section covers medical clinics, GPs and walk-ins only. Chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy and counselling are excluded from the site as a matter of standing policy, so an absence here is not evidence of an absence in the city.
