A dedicated battery shop is a slightly old fashioned thing to find, and useful for exactly that reason. Neither is in Chilliwack. That is worth saying plainly, because a reader who sets out expecting a counter in town would be disappointed at the far end of an hour of driving.
It is an out of area supplier rather than a local business. Its own site describes the Lower Mainland as the ground it covers, and Chilliwack sits east of that line, so anyone in the upper valley should treat a visit or an order as something to arrange ahead rather than assume. Calling first is sensible regardless. The useful question is whether the size and type you need is actually on hand, because battery stock turns over and a particular fitment is not guaranteed to be sitting on the shelf.
