Dental care in this city has followed the population south. The older cluster of practices sits downtown, near Chilliwack General Hospital on Menholm Road and through the professional blocks around Five Corners. The newer and now larger one runs down Vedder Road through Sardis and on into Vedder and Promontory. Eagle View Dental Center is on that second line, at Unit 8, 5725 Vedder Road, in the stretch heading toward the river crossing. Vedder Road is the spine of the southern half of the city, running out of Sardis and down to the water, and a large share of the newer commercial space in Chilliwack hangs off it.
Location counts for more here than it would in a denser city. Vedder grew 39 per cent between 2011 and 2021 and has not stopped, so a practice on this corridor is serving a lot of households that arrived recently and are picking a dentist locally for the first time. The rural side of the municipality has almost no dental provision of its own; Yarrow, Greendale, Rosedale and Ryder Lake all drive in, and usually to this run of road. It generally means a suite inside a larger building rather than a standalone frontage, so allow a minute at the far end to find the right door.
