Keith Wilson Road is one of the few east to west routes across the south of Chilliwack, crossing Vedder Road and running out toward the river flats, and Sticky's Garrison sits on it at the 45575 block. That places the shop inside Vedder, the fastest growing neighborhood in the city and now second only to the downtown for population, and within easy reach of the Canada Education Park campuses at the south end. It is a different catchment from a downtown bakery counter. Students, staff at the university and the training centers, and the households that filled in around Garrison Crossing after the base closed in 1997 all draw on the same short run of road.
Bakeries are one of the categories where this city does better than its size suggests. Some of that is inherited. The Mennonite families who settled Yarrow from 1928 brought a baking tradition that never left the valley, and its breads and fruit platz still turn up on counters in Yarrow, Sardis and the downtown. Some of it is newer: laminated pastry and long fermented sourdough, the sort of thing that sells through by late morning and then simply stops. Both strands are present in Chilliwack, and which one any given shop belongs to is not something a directory entry can settle. Supermarket in-store counters are not carried on this site at all, which leaves only the independent trade on the page.
This record carries no phone number and no website, which is common for a small bakery working mostly on walk-in trade. It also means there is no published way to check what is being baked on a particular day. The postal code above, V2R 0M6, will put a map on the right stretch of Keith Wilson Road. Anyone making a special trip for one specific thing would do better to go early and take what is on the shelf than to count on a particular loaf being there.

The City defines twelve neighborhoods. Three of them hold about two thirds of the population and most of the shopfronts, and the other nine run from a drained lake bed to a hillside to a working dairy landscape. Here is the honest version of each.
