Being a corner store in Sardis is a specific proposition. This is where Chilliwack does most of its shopping: Cottonwood Centre with something over seventy tenancies, Chilliwack Mall facing it, and Luckakuck Way between the two carrying the closest thing the city has to a big-box strip. Wells Rd. Grocery operates within a few minutes of all of it, which means it is not competing on range.
