Greendale Liquor Store

Greendale is farmland with a road grid laid over it. It takes up the southwest corner of the municipality, is the second largest neighbourhood in Chilliwack by area, and holds fewer than three thousand people across all of it, which tells you most of what you need to know about the density out there. A shop of any kind on the Greendale flats is serving a scattered population and whatever is passing on the section roads, not a high street. That is a harder trade than it looks from the city, and it is why the few businesses that exist in the rural neighbourhoods tend to matter more to the people around them than an equivalent shop in Sardis would.
