Bars & Pubs in Chilliwack
Chilliwack drinks in neighborhood pubs rather than in a bar district, and there is no strip here where you would walk between three of them. The downtown holds the oldest rooms, several of them attached to hotels that predate the malls. Sardis and Vedder have the newer suburban pubs, generally large, generally with a patio and a screen, serving the subdivisions around them. Vedder Crossing has a couple of places that fill up with fishing traffic in season. What Chilliwack does not really have is a cocktail scene; the closest it gets is a handful of restaurant bars downtown. Chain pub brands are excluded from this list.
